<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snap lock capable of reducing costs. <P>SOLUTION: A snap lock 11 comprises: a pedestal 12; and a snap lock body 13 with a handlebar 14 rotatably attached to the pedestal 12. The pedestal 12 integrally includes a pair of base parts 30 having an attachment hole 31 by bending one sheet of metal plate, a pair of support piece parts 32 having support holes near the respective tips, and a handlebar reception part 33 having a U-shape opening on the base part 30 side.
