SPATIAL LIGHT MODULATING PANEL AND 3D DISPLAY DEVICE USING THE SAME

A spatial light modulating panel according to the present invention comprises: a plurality of rectangular subpixels having first and second sides of which the ratio is constant; and a liquid crystal display panel wherein the second sides of the subpixels are arranged to be adjacent to each other and display a hologram diffraction pattern. The panel has a characteristic that the plurality of the sub-pixels are divided and a slit size of the second sides of the subpixels becomes smaller. Accordingly, the viewing angle to watch the hologram can be widened by providing a viewing window having a wide viewing angle.
