<p>Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a tyre rubber composition for a tread. The method for manufacturing the tyre rubber composition for a tread according to the present invention comprises the steps of: reducing two layered hydroxide type layered silicate to form two layered oxide, and then inputting porous silicate to induce a coupling between oxygen of the layered silicate and silicon of the porous silicate, capturing the porous silicate between the layered silicate or coupling the layered silicate to the porous silicate by metal ions to prepare a silicate composition (S1); and mixing the silicate composition with raw material rubber to prepare the tyre rubber composition (S2), thereby reducing weight of the tyre itself as well as enhancing abrasion resistance, thermal resistance and rotational resistance property of the tyre.</p> |
