The present invention relates to a disinfection apparatus with improved solubility using ozone water, comprising: an ozone generating member generating ozone; a water supply member supplying water; a venturi injector connected with the ozone generating member and the water supply member; an ozone mixing device arranged between the ozone generating member and the venturi injector; an ozone dissolving device arranged on one side of the venturi injector; and an ozone water supply member combined with the ozone dissolving device and discharging ozone water. The ozone mixing device mixes ozone generated from the ozone generating member with water supplied from the water supply member and the venturi injector, and generates primary ozone water. The venturi injector mixes primary ozone water and water supplied from the water supply member by venturi effect, and generates secondary ozone water. The ozone dissolving device dissolves and mixes secondary ozone water and generates tertiary ozone water. According to the present invention, ozone is primarily dissolved before water is dissolved in the venturi injector by having the ozone mixing device so that ozone solubility can be increased. Also, ozone which is not dissolved in the venturi injector is tertiarily dissolved by having the ozone dissolving device so that ozone solubility can be increased.
