The present invention relates to a high-quality pillow comprising: a wood pillow part obtained by processing the surface of a single wood material into the shape of a wood pillow; an agent chamber which is formed by carving out the inside of the wood pillow part and is formed to be filled with medicinal herb materials; stoppers which are inserted to both sides of the agent chamber to seal the agent chamber; and a plurality of through holes formed to penetrate outer surfaces of the agent chamber and the wood pillow part. The surface of the wood pillow part is lacquered to form a lacquer film on the surface of the wood pillow part. The pillow is manufactured by processing a single wood material. Therefore, a process for manufacturing the pillow can be simplified; consequently, production costs of the pillow can be reduced; concern for breakage of the pillow during use is reduced; and antibacterial properties of the pillow can be increased by lacquering the pillow.
