Disclosed is a light emitting device which is thin and has superior light efficiency. The light emitting device includes a a light emitting diode chip which includes at least one growth substrate and a semiconductor stack part located on a side of the growth substrate, a wavelength conversion part which covers the light emitting diode chip, and a second reflection layer which is located on the light emitting diode chip and the first semiconductor layer covering the wavelength conversion part. The present invention can be made with a thin type and can improve light efficiency by locating a second reflection layer on the light emitting diode chip and reflecting light condensed on the upper part of the light emitting diode chip.
