The present invention relates to an agent spraying apparatus having a screw housing easy to be cleaned. Particularly, the present invention relates to a novel technology wherein: spraying capability of the agent spraying apparatus is maintained to be optimized all the time by thoroughly cleaning the inside of the screw housing and a bidirectionally transferred screw; an agent is sprayed in two rows on both sides during transplantation; and, therefore, workforce can be reduced and pesticide poisoning can be prevented. The screw housing can be selectively opened by a simple method of pivoting a lower housing in an openable structure downward after unlocking a latch. According to the present invention, the agent spraying apparatus has increased smoothness and efficiency of an agent spraying process, prevents the agent being solidified and stuck on the apparatus, and thus can maintain spraying capability to be optimized all the time.
