Provided are a poly(imide-amide) copolymer introduced with a silane compound having an amine end at a side chain, a nano complex composition including the copolymers and inorganic particles or the precursors thereof, a molded article manufactured from the copolymers or the composition, and a method of manufacturing the molded article. According to the present invention, a poly(imide-amide) copolymer comprises repetitive units represented by chemical formula 1, repetitive units represented by chemical formula 2, and repetitive units represented by chemical formula 3. In the chemical formula 1, the structure including A at the center may be identical to or different from each repetitive unit, and independently represented by chemical formula 4.
