<p>The present invention may dispose a waste tire by freezing and grinding the waste tire using a liquefied natural gas (LNG) cold energy, and allows the LNG remaining after freezing and grinding the waste tire to be vaporized to be used as fuel for a heating furnace incinerating remaining wastes and fuel for a gas turbine; thereby securing high energy efficiency. The present invention also includes a heat recovery steam system to recover a heat of incineration gas obtained by incinerating the remaining waste, and uses the heat recovery steam system as a pre-heater of a multipurpose heat generation part; thereby recovering and reusing the waste heat, and securing high energy efficiency. A temperature of steam introduced into a steam turbine is also increased such that an amount of the steam turbine generated may be increased. Moreover, a portion of the steam generated in a steam generator is injected into the heating furnace incinerating the remaining waste to reduce a temperature of combustion gas; thereby reducing a generation rate of NOx generated in the combustion at high temperatures. Also, a portion of the steam generated in the steam generator is injected into the gas turbine such that the temperature of a combustion chamber of the gas turbine becomes lower, thereby reducing the generation rate of NOx generated in the combustion at high temperatures. Furthermore, the rate of flow introduced into the gas turbine is increased such that the work of the gas turbine may be increased.</p> |
