The present invention relates to a peeler for fruits or vegetables. More specifically, the said invention relates to a peeler for fruits and vegetables capable of conveniently and easily treat peel wastes occurred by peeling the peel of the fruits and vegetables. According to the present invention, the peeler for fruits and vegetables comprises: a peel container having a slot formed on a lower part such that the peel exfoliated from a workpiece can be entered, and an outlet formed on one side surface to discharge the peel exfoliated from the workpiece; a cutter fixated inside the peel container such that a blade can be exposed to an outside through the slot to exfoliate the peel of the workpiece; a cover to open and close an outlet of the peel container; and a handle arranged on the other side surface of the peel container.
