<p>Provided is a sealing device for powder transfer comprising: a rib fixing main body fixed and coupled to the inside of a housing of a pump on which an impeller is mounted; a rib sealing ring fixed and coupled to the rip fixing main body so that an inner circumferential surface is in contact with a shaft outer surface when being inserted and disposed on an outer side of the shaft of the pump; a rib supporting passage connected with the housing and the rib fixing main body and supporting the rib sealing ring at the pressure of air while the air outside the housing is supplied between the rib fixing main body and the shaft; and a rear sealing unit which is inserted and installed on an outer side of the shaft when disposed apart from a rear side of the rib fixing main body and blocks some powders passed between the rib sealing ring and the outer side of the shaft from being discharged. The sealing device of powder transfer can primarily block powders or gas in the housing from being discharged to the outside through a gap between the rib fixing main body and the shaft by coupling the rib sealing ring supported through air supplied through the rib supporting passage to the rib fixing main body fixed and coupled to the housing of the pump to be inserted and disposed on the outside of the shaft. Further, the sealing device for powder transfer can stably block the powders or gas passed through a gap between the rib sealing ring and the shaft from being discharged to the outside of the housing by additionally including the rear sealing unit on an rear side of the rib fixing main body.</p> |
