<p>There is disclosed a filling valve (10, 10') for filling a container (4) with a pourable food product, comprising a filling head (12) displaceable from and towards the container (4) along an axis (A) between a filling position and a resting position, and defining a first fluidic line (19, 24), through which the pourable food product may flow and which is fluidically connectable to a filling mouth (5) of the container (4); a second fluidic line (39b) fluidically connectable with the mouth (5) of the container (4) and through which an air flow from the container (4) may flow; a flange (20, 20' ) connected in a releasable manner with the filling head (12), defining a through hole (35) for the pourable food product within the container (4); the through hole (35) being fluidically connectable in a selective manner with the first fluidic line (19, 24); and a distributor (40, 40') adapted to interact with the pourable food product and through which the pourable food product may flow; the distributor (40, 40') is borne by the flange (20, 20') and engages through hole (35).</p> |
