The present invention relates to a technology which can control charging an electric mobile using a smart terminal and check a state of charge of the electric mobile in real time and, more specifically, to a technology wherein, in a state of the electric mobile connecting to a charging station, a cloud server controls the charging station and a smart terminal, through a mobile communication network, indirectly controls charging the electric mobile so as to check the state of charge of the electric mobile in real time. According to the present invention, users can check the state of charge of the electric mobiles in real time by using the smart terminals while moving away from the electric mobiles without spatial limitation when charging the electric mobiles.
