<p>The present invention relates to a portable terminal having a black box function and, more specifically, to a portable terminal having a black box function, which measures brightness using a brightness sensor, stores a still image, a voice signal and position information in the case that the brightness is equal to or greater than a reference value and stores a voice signal and position information in the case that the brightness is equal to or lower than the reference value. To this end, the portable terminal having the black box function according to the present invention has a characteristic of comprising: a camera (410) generating a picture frame of the still image acquired by an image sensor; a sensor part (420) having the brightness sensor sensing the brightness to determine day or night and a proximity sensor indicating whether a user or an object comes into contact with the terminal; a position information module (430) acquiring a position of the portable terminal; a mike (440) receiving an external acoustic signal to generate electric voice data; a control part (450) receiving a sensor value indicating whether the proximity sensor is touched and the brightness value of the brightness sensor to determine day and night and a capturing environment from the values and selectively controlling two or more among the camera (410), the mike (440) and the position information module (430) to receive data generated among the image data, the voice signal and the position information and to store the data at a memory (460); and the memory (460) storing the image data, the voice signal and the position information.</p> |
