<p>The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for servicing a mediation of real estate based on location. According to the present invention, the method comprises: a requester terminal, requesting a mediation request for real estate for sale by selecting a transaction type and range, desired region; selecting mediation agencies which will receive the mediation request by extracting the mediation agencies located within the range with respect to the center of the desired area when the mediation request is requested; and applying shelf registration of the mediation requests by transmitting mediation request information related to the real estate for sale to the selected mediation agencies.</p> |
