本发明系有关一种顶针板测试系统与方法，尤指一种利用一光绘资料(Gerber File)以任意电气连接的方式找出一待测顶针板上各待测顶针(待测脚)之正确连接位置的测试系统与方法。该顶针板测试系统，包括：一待测顶针板，具有复数个需要进行电气测试的待测顶针；及一测试机台，系包括一传动装置、至少一连接器、一类比数位转换模组，该待测顶针板可置入该测试机台，以进行电气测试，且测试机台储存有一座标档，该座标档具有待测顶针之座标资讯，测试机台系可读取该座标资讯；该传动装置系装设于测试机台，且具有一探针；该复数个待测顶针可任意地电气连接于该连接器上之任意复数个连接点；及连接器系可电气连接于该类比数位转换模组和一数位类比转换模组；其中，依据该座标档所记录之待测顶针之座标资讯，该传动装置将该探针移动至待测顶针板的每一支待测顶针，并利用类比数位转换模组进行电气测试，再归纳出经过电气测试后顶针板上需要进行除错的顶针所在的针孔资讯，并进行除错。; and a testing device, which has a transmission device, at least one connector, an analog digital converter (ADC).
