本发明公开一种流量控制方法及系统，流量控制方法包括：闸道接收到用户端应用程式对开放平台的内部应用介面的调用请求；闸道获取用户端应用程式或者内部应用介面的流量控制规则；闸道检测用户端应用程式或者内部应用介面是否满足所述流量控制规则，如果用户端应用程式或者内部应用介面满足所述流量控制规则，则允许用户端应用程式的所述调用请求，否则拒绝用户端应用程式的所述调用请求。本发明避免同一用户端应用程式过度通过内部应用介面调用内部应用程式，也避免了同一内部应用程式被过度调用。因此减少了系统资源消耗，提高系统稳定性。; obtaining a data flow control rule for the client application program or the internal application interface; checking whether the client application program or the internal application interface meets the data flow control rule; if yes, allowing the client application program to access the internal application interface; and if no, denying the client application program to access the internal application interface.
