<p>The present invention relates to a cooling chamber. The cooling chamber comprises: a hollow main body; a plurality of refrigerant receiving chambers divided into a plurality of layers to have different volumes by at least one partition wall inside the main body to be connected to each other; an injection hole installed in each refrigerant receiving chamber to enable a refrigerant to be injected into the refrigerant receiving chamber; and an outlet installed in one refrigerant receiving chamber among the refrigerant receiving chambers to discharge the refrigerant. The present invention can provide an accurate temperature gradient in a direction that a crack progresses in a sample so as to improve cooling efficiency with respect to the sample and to reduce time required for cooling.</p>
