The present invention aims to maintain electrolysis efficiency of an electrolytic bath to be at a normal level and also to maintain generation concentration of electrolyzed water to be at a normal level set by a design. A sea water supplying apparatus for the electrolytic bath of a ship ballast water processing system comprises: a first main sea water supplying line (6a) which is connected from a sea water inlet (2) to an electrolysis sea water supplying unit (40); an additional sea water supplying unit (200) which is a line different from the first main sea water supplying line (6a) and supplies ballast water, stored in a ballast tank in a ship; an additional supplying line (300) which is connected from the additional sea water supplying unit (200) to the electrolysis sea water supplying unit (40); and a control valve (302) installed on a first control valve (7a), installed on the first main sea water supplying line (6a), and on the additional supplying line (300) in order to selectively open and close the first main sea water supplying line (6a) and the additional supplying line (300).
