Disclosed is a service providing apparatus using a complex wireless local network. The present invention relates to a service providing apparatus using a complex wireless local network. The service providing apparatus is capable of dual communications with a local dual communications terminal and comprises a digital signage connected to a server by a network. Data transmission and reception between the digital signage and the local dual communications terminal are executed by: generating NDEF data in the digital signage; transmitting the generated NDEF data to the local dual communications terminal; and then executing data transmission/reception through Bluetooth communications. Therefore, the service providing apparatus can upload and download contents to be received without traffic.
