<p>The present invention relates to a battery management system. More specifically, the present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for downloading a firm ware of a battery management system for an electric bicycle whereby the firm ware of the battery management system can be conveniently downloaded by using a download device. The apparatus comprises: a battery pack (10) including the battery management system (11) and a battery module; an interface circuit (20) which interface power and the firmware in the battery management system (11); a PC (30) which downloads the firm ware in the battery pack (10) through the interface circuit (20); and CAN/USB interface (40) which provides CAN/USB communication between the interface circuit (20) and the PC (30).</p> |
