本发明揭露一种从含硫酸等混酸之氢氟酸中制造氟化钙之方法。可以解决含硫酸等混酸之氢氟酸以化工知之方法制造氟化钙时,所产出的氟化钙和硫酸钙共同沈淀物并成为含氟污泥废弃物的问题。;本发明先以化工知的氟化钙制造方法,得到氟化钙及硫酸钙的共沈物后,继之加入硫酸根移除剂,将固相的硫酸根移转至液相,之后进行过滤、水洗、再过滤等操作,达到氟化钙含硫量符合炼钢厂所需的含硫标准。;含硫酸等混酸之氢氟酸经本发明操作后所制得的氟化钙已将硫酸钙去除,也因此使得利用化工知的氟化钙制造方法所产生氟化钙及硫酸钙的含氟污泥可以变成有用的资源,达到保护环境及资源利用的双重目的。;In the beginning, apparatus apply a well-known method of calcium fluoride production to get co-precipitate of calcium fluoride and calcium sulfate. Then sulfate ion removing agent is added into the co-precipitate to remove calcium sulfate. After proceeding filtration and water scrubbing in sequence, sulfur content in calcium fluoride is up to standard of steelworks. ;Calcium fluoride produced by the apparatus will not contain calcium sulfate. Therefore, the fluoride containing sludge, co-precipitate of calcium fluoride and calcium sulfate, can transform into useful resources in order to achieve the goal of environmental protection and resource reuse. |
