摘要
一种离心铸造制之热轧用复合辊,系为藉由离心铸造法形成的外层与由延展性铸铁构成的内层一体熔接而成,该离心铸造制复合辊之特征为:外层具有如下之化学组成:含有由质量基准计C:1~3%、Si:0.4~3%、Mn:0.3~3%、Ni:1~5%、Cr:2~7%、Mo:3~8%、V:3~7%及B:0.01~0.12%、剩余部分是由Fe及不可避免的杂质所构成,且满足Cr/(Mo+0.5W)<-2/3[C-0.2(V+1.19Nb)]+11/6所表示的关系(其中,在不含有W及Nb之情况,W=0及Nb=0),且含有面积率计1~15%的MC碳化物、0.5~20%的碳硼化物及0.5~20%的Mo系碳化物。
