1. An available bandwidth measuring method comprising:
a step of instructing an order of terminal devices where a measurement packet train is transmitted to each of a plurality of terminal devices connected together via a network; a step of transmitting the measurement packet train to a destination terminal device that is a destination of the measurement packet train from each of the plurality of terminal devices in accordance with the order; and a step of calculating an available bandwidth in a path from an originator of the measurement packet train to the destination based on a receiving status of the measurement packet train at the destination terminal device, wherein the order is set to satisfy a condition that respective terminal devices do not transmit the measurement packet train to the plurality of terminal devices at a same timing and the plurality of terminal devices do not transmit the measurement packet train to a same terminal device at a same timing.
