本发明系关于一种防爆型LED灯管及其制造方法，其包括：一灯管、一防爆保护膜、一自黏基板、复数个LED元件、以及二端盖。于本发明中，系特别使用一基板贴合制具来快速地将表面设置有复数个LED元件的自黏基板直接地贴附至灯管之内壁；如此一来，该些LED元件发光所产生的热便可透过灯管直接地热传递至空气之中，藉此方式加强LED灯具的散热效果。此外，由于自黏基板系直接地贴附至灯管的内壁，而不需要透过任何铝基座；因此，该些LED元件所发出的光便能够以类似全周光(大于300°)的方式射出，藉此方式增加本发明之LED灯具的光照范围。; therefore, the light emitted by the LED chips can be directly transferred to the air through the light tube without using any aluminum substrate, so as to enhance the heat- dissipation efficiency of the explosion-proof LED lighting tube; moreover, the light emitted by the LED chips is all-around light (> 360°), which enhances the effective illumination range of the explosion-proof LED lighting tube. |
