A salt production system of a salt pan including yellow soil stone is provided to produce eco-friendly and high quality salt by using the yellow soil stone having excellent horizontality and flatness as a salt board, installing a pipe which heats the yellow soil stone in a lower part of the yellow soil stone, and coating the yellow soil stone with a heat generating coating material. The system comprises a plurality of yellow soil stones which are disposed on a tamped surface of the salt pan to form an integrated salt board as a floor plate; and a U-shaped pipe groove formed in the lower surface of the yellow stone. |
