Disclosed are an injection device and an injection method using the same. The injection device according to the present invention comprises: an injector including a mounting portion having an injector mounted therein, a needle assembly having a plurality of needles, a motor for operating a piston of the injector forward and backward, and a screw; and a main body for controlling a forward and backward operation of the piston of the injector and drug injection, wherein a vacuum suction pressure is formed in the needle assembly which comes in contact with skin, and a detected vacuum suction pressure value is compared with a preset suction pressure value to determine whether a needle is in contact with the skin. After that, a treatment is performed to inject a drug into the skin through the needle, and when the treatment is completed, the needle assembly is spaced apart from the skin. Accordingly, the injection device has effects of decreasing fatigue of an operator, injecting an exact predetermined amount of a drug, and controlling a vacuum suction pressure, thereby preventing the skin of a patient from bruising. |
