<p>The present invention relates to: a food material having at least one hole punched from the surface to the inside of a body of the food material; and an apparatus for manufacturing the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the food material: can be quickly cooked as the hole reduces cooking time; can be roasted or fried at low temperatures as the cooking temperature is decreased. Therefore, generation of harmful substances in the food material can be prevented.</p> |
