<p>The present invention relates to an integrated facility management system using a computer wherein a manager computer, an operator computer, which are connected to each other through network and a maintenance/management server having the manager computer and the operator computer connected thereto are connected. A facility database is connected to the maintenance/management server. The maintenance/management server comprises: a site checking part for outputting all installation regions on a computer; a site inspection part installed to output a checklist for each device while dividing and ordering installed facilities and the main devices of the facilities during the operation of the site checking part; a site treatment part for outputting a repair state in the case of the malfunction of the devices; and a central control part installed to enable input or output by an authorizer on the site checking part, the site inspection part and the site treatment part. Therefore, a manager and an operator can check the state of the maintenance and management of each of the facilities over a network.</p> |
