<p>The present invention relates to a method for issuing electronic money and a payment method using the same, which make chargeable virtual money which is electronic money that can be used online and can be distinguished by a serial number, and issue the virtual money to an online product purchaser, who uses electronic money with a serial number at an online store as payment means. A variety of payment means can be used for online transactions. The online store needs to link with a payment system of each payment agency and install a linking module for each payment mean to use various payment means. Moreover, a product purchaser needs to build an environment required for payment means on a terminal and use the personal and financial information for every payment. Receiving electronic money with a serial number is similar to purchasing an online product at present, but the purchased product is not a general product but virtual money with a serial number. This serial number can be generated automatically or by the user in person. When the user purchases a product by using electronic money with a serial number issued, the user pays with the serial number, and thus, the user does not need to build any environment on a terminal and does not need personal or financial information. Accordingly, risk of information disclosure does not exist and the user can purchase products without limitations even if the user uses various sorts of terminals.</p> |
