<p>The present invention relates to a fluorescent accessory for an umbrella. The fluorescent accessory is in the shape of a strip, can notify user location of other people when it is rainy or cloudy or at night, and thus can prevent an accident. By using a mechanism of a fluorescent sticker, the fluorescent accessory collects and stores indoor light in a common situation or during a day and emits light when needed. The fluorescent accessory can notify location of an umbrella and a user and thus enables a pedestrian, a driver who is driving a vehicle, and other people to recognize existence of the user. Therefore, the fluorescent accessory has effects of advertisement and warning.</p> |
