A multilayered polyimide film comprises: a first polyimide layer comprising a fluorine-containing copolymer particle and having a first surface and a second surface; and a second polyimide layer and a third polyimide layer arranged on the first surface and the second surface, respectively. The second and third polyimide layers comprise an organic silicon oxygen compound particle. The multilayered polyimide film has the coefficient of efficiency (CTE) in the range of 13-30 ppm/deg. C.
