<p>The present invention relates to a removing agent composition for a red tide and a green tide using a by-product plentifully containing CaO, and more specifically, to a composition which is capable of reducing the amount of red clay which is a cause of destroying an ecosystem by using the by-product plentifully containing the CaO which does a sterilizing action, and of replacing the red clay. According to the present invention, the removing agent composition for a red tide and a green tide includes 5 to 300 parts by weight of an alkaline reagent with greater than or equal to 50% of calcium oxide (CaO) content, with respect to 100 parts by weight of incinerator bottom ash with greater than or equal to 40% of the calcium oxide (CaO) content, wherein the alkaline reagent is quicklime or dolomite plaster.</p> |
