<p>The present invention relates to a black box and a control method thereof and, more specifically, to a black box and a control method thereof, wherein whether to start recording is determined by reflecting the occurrence of vibration or shocks in a vehicle and the opening state of a vehicle door or a tailgate. The control method of a black box according to the present invention comprises the steps of: allowing a control part to detect the opening and closing state of a vehicle door or a tailgate via the received signals of a communication part; allowing the control part to detect vibration or shocks in the vehicle via a sensor part; and allowing the control part to record the surroundings of the vehicle via a photographing part by reflecting the opening and closing state of the vehicle door or the tailgate and the detection of vibration or shocks in the vehicle.</p> |
