<p>The present invention relates to a soft ice cream and snow ice machine, which can prepare a variety of snow ice and soft ice cream just with one device and uses a single freezer to reduce an installation area. Also a soft ice cream and snow ice machine according to the present invention tops snow ice on a cup upon a customer′s order, unlike conventional methods in which snow ice is made prior to use, stored in a storage case and used when necessary. To this end, a soft ice cream and snow ice machine comprises: a liquid storage case to store various liquids, a spraying rod to selectively spray the various liquids, and a double structure rapidly freezing drum, wherein an inner drum to spray high-pressure gas in the drum is fixed so that high-pressure freezing gas is not flown into additional mechanical seals, and coolant in the inner drum is vaporized and an outer rotary drum is thus frozen through heat medium.</p> |
