<p>The present invention relates to a safe driving speed management system for reducing the maintenance and repair costs of a road tunnel, capable of using energy as operation power by generating the energy using the driving wind of a vehicle which runs in a tunnel and inducing a safe driving by displaying a driving speed to a driver by using the color of a lamp if the driving speed is detected and exceeds an allowed driving speed.
