The present invention relates to a haptic feedback device using piezoelectric polymers. The present invention includes a film vibrator, a touch sensor array which is installed on the upper side of the film vibrator, and a film vibrator controller which generates a fretting vibration by transmitting an operation signal to the film vibrator if a touch signal from the touch sensor array is sensed. The present invention implements a haptic feedback function by using the thin film type film vibrator even though a user dose not push by giving a force.
