The present invention provides a battery case mounted on a thermal imaging scope which can be mounted on a military device such as a tank and a rifle or can be used as an independent night observation device. The present invention comprises: a fixed case including a first terminal provided inside a thermal imaging scope; and an accommodating case inserted into the fixed case, including a second terminal and accommodating a battery. A first elastic member is combined with the first terminal to elastically support one side of the electrode of the battery. A second elastic member is combined with the second terminal to be arranged opposite to the first elastic member and elastically support the other side of the electrode of the battery. An attachment/detachment part is provided to the accommodating case to combine or separate the accommodating case with or from the fixed case.
