<p>Disclosed is an issue-watching multi-view system detecting occurrences of a specific event of a program being broadcast on different channels and displaying the occurrence of the specific event in a picture in picture (PIP) form. The issue-watching multi-view system according to the present invention comprises: a receiving unit receiving an input of information about issue events that viewers want to watch among multiple events comprising a broadcasting program; a program information extracting unit extracting information about a program being broadcasted in other channels other than the channel being currently watched; a comparing and determining unit comparing the information extracted by the program information extracting unit with the information about the issue events and determining the coincidence; and a display unit displaying the detected program with the issue events in the PIP form in a case wherein the compared result by the comparing and determining unit coincides with the program. The program information extracting unit extracts subtitle information or voice information of a program, and comprises a subtitle information extracting module extracting subtitle information and a voice information extracting module extracting voice information and converting the voice information into text information.</p> |
