<p>The present invention relates to a cosmetic soap composition, containing a shindary (low alcohol drink made in Jeju island, Korea) yeast solution as an active ingredient made by mixing natural Chamaecyparis obtuse made water and avocado oil with shindary ingredients made by mixing and fermenting boiled rice, boiled barley with yeast, thereby having effects of brightening skin, keeping moisture in skin and staying skin out of trouble, and a manufacturing method thereof wherein the cosmetic soap composition is manufactured by the following steps of manufacturing residue left after rice liquor is drained by mixing 12-23 wt% boiled rice or boiled barley, 0.7-3 wt% of yeast and 74-87 wt% water, fermenting the same for 20 to 28 hours and screening liquid through a net; manufacturing a shindary yeast solution by mixing 70-76 wt% of the residue of the shindary, 19-25 wt% of Chamaecyparis obtuse made water and 2-6 wt% of avocado oil, agitating the same and screening liquid through the net; and mixing 35-45 wt% of the shindary yeast solution with 55-65 wt% of a soap base solution.</p> |
