The present invention relates to an environment-tolerant Escherichia coli which is produced by transforming a gene of protein which is derived from a radiation resistant microorganism (Deinococcus radioduransR1) and a manufacturing method thereof, capable of improving a conventional bioprocess. In addition, an environment-tolerant strain can be manufactured by applying the manufacturing method to a microorganism strain for other industries besides Escherichia coli.
