The present invention relates to a cosmetic which includes a solid cosmetic composition having a coating layer formed on the surface of the same composition. The cosmetic has a reduced sweating effect wherein an oil phase ingredient comes out of the surface of a formulation of the cosmetic and becomes drops like sweat or water drops. Therefore, the cosmetic has a formulation which is not separated, highly stable, and can have satisfactory scooping properties, spread properties, adhesiveness, and lasting properties. Moreover, the cosmetic can provide a visual effect of providing a luxurious image by the coating layer formed on the surface of the solid cosmetic composition. |
