The present invention relates to a back cover of a mobile terminal for sunlight generation and charging which has a sunlight generation part formed on the outer surface of the back cover of the mobile terminal which is easily detachable from the mobile terminal, and a mobile terminal having the same. A back cover of a mobile terminal according to the present invention, includes the back cover body of a mobile terminal which is detachable from the back of the mobile terminal; a sunlight generation device which is installed to the outer surface of the back cover body and absorbs sunlight to generate electricity; a charging circuit part which is installed to the inner surface of the back cover, is connected to the sunlight generation device, and charges the sunlight generation device with transmitted electricity; and a transmission terminal which has the charge circuit part installed at the inner surface of the back cover and transmits the electricity of the charging circuit part to the mobile terminal.
