The present invention relates to a dual cooking container with improved stability and heat efficiency and, specifically, to a dual cooking container comprising: a dual structure having an inner container inside an outer container; a concurrent heating space formed by inserting the inner container into the outer container so as to maintain a certain interval from a floor surface of the outer container to a floor surface of the inner container; a side flow path formed between the outer container and the inner container so as to communicate with the concurrent heating space; and one or a plurality of discharge holes formed to communicate with the side flow path on the outer container. A gross-sectional area of the discharge hole is controlled within the specific range so as to secure stability and perform high heat efficiency. |
