The present invention relates to a pipe unit (200) for deep-geothermal heat exchange which is inserted into a drilling hole for heat exchange. The pipe unit for deep-geothermal heat exchange has the shape of dual hollow tubes of an outer pipe (210) and an inner pipe (220), and comprises: a filling part (250) between the outer pipe and the inner pipe as the outer pipe and the inner pipe are separated by a certain distance from each other, wherein the filling part is filled with an insulating material in a granular shape and compressed air. The present invention can be used at deep depth as the insulation of the pipe unit is increased by configuring the pipe unit into the shape of dual hollow tubes and filling inside thereof with compressed air and the insulating material, and a pipe distortion caused by the pressure is prevented.
