Disclosed is a device to clean the inside of a steel pipe. The device to clean the inside of a steel pipe in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a frame unit having a pair of side frame arranged to face each other and a front frame which connects both end portions of each of the side frames to each other; a wheel rotatably supported by the side frames respectively; a lift unit installed in an upper portion of the frame unit; and a brush assembly which cleans the inside of a steel pipe installed on the ground by being lifted by the lift unit and rotated.
