<p>The present invention relates to a bowling alley management system which communicates with a user terminal (10) equipped with a bowling alley use application (20). The present invention comprises: a bowling alley terminal placed in a bowling alley equipped with a bowling alley management window unit (40); a bowling alley management server unit (50) which is connected to the user terminal (10) and a bowling alley terminal (30) through a network and provides a bowling alley reservation for users and a real-time information of the bowling alley; and a lane operation supervising means which detects the status of lane operation of the bowling alley and provides to the bowling alley terminal. The bowling alley management server unit (50) comprises: a bowling alley management server (52) which controls an access of a user management server which controls a terminal access of users and the bowling alley terminal placed in the bowling alley; a lane management server (53) which manages the provision of a lane use information of the bowling alley and a reservation; and a data unit (55) wherein an information of the users and the bowling alley is saved and controlled. The bowling alley management server unit (50) additionally comprises: an e-commerce management server (54) which manages an e-commerce of the users for the users to purchase products related to bowling. The users can receive a lane use information of a nearby bowling alley or a desired bowling alley in real time, and make a reservation or visit to easily enjoy a bowling game.</p>
