<p>The device (1) has a container (10) provided with an attachment system i.e. hook portion (12) in lateral extension. The system has a free end portion (14) extended toward bottom of the device along a recipient portion to create a space (15) to permit joining of upper edge of a barrier (2). The free end portion has an opening (16) to permit introduction of a pin (3). The opening is designed to traverse the end portion and to extend into the space to close a bar (20) of the barrier to prevent unhooking of the barrier.</p> |
