An elastic band for exercise having a finger holder and a foot holder is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the elastic band for exercise as an elastic band (100) for muscle strengthening exercise through a movement of both arms and both legs by a user comprises: a plate-shaped main body unit (110) having a fixed width and length, and made of a material having fixed elastic power; a finger fixing unit (130) arranged on both end units (112, 113) of the main body unit (110), and equipped with at least two penetration holes (131) for hanging a finger; and a foot fixing unit (12) arranged on a center unit (111) of the main body unit (110), and equipped with at least one penetration hole (121) for hanging a foot. |
