The present invention relates to a method for an early diagnosis and a medicine screening test of breast cancer, using tissue and blood; and a reverse transcription quantitative PCR kit for the same. A method for providing information for a diagnosis of breast cancer comprises the steps of: separating full-length RNA from the cells from blood or tissue of a suspected cancer patient; synthesizing cDNA from the separated full-length RNA; performing a real time-PCR; and comparing the amplified amount with the expressed amount of normal people.
